These convicts have experienced more than most and have sentences ranging from decades to life sentences to be served in Maximum Security Federal Penitentiaries.
These convicts and former addicts only wish to share their stories and lessons to prevent teens from making the same wrong choices that they made, landing them in their current situations. They take responsibility for their actions, only wanting to plead with the youth of today to better the community and use their hard-learned life lessons for a positive cause.
After writing such street novels as “A Victim of Justice” and “A Razor’s Edge of Revenge” under the pseudonym Taboo, he has changed his goals from wanting to entertain the population with action-packed novels to a more positive undertaking. In this project, he wishes to stop the glorification of such criminal lifestyles he once lived and instead to make a difference in the lives of teens who are at the stage in their lives where one mistake can take you down a path that you can’t back out of.
In this book, you will find some stories and hard-learned life lessons, as well as some confrontational poems that cut deep into the soul. It is all for the benefit of the teens, showing them what the movies and music of today are not: A harsh reality of prison sentences that follow the bad choices that kids tend to make today. Come along on this journey to find an alternative to the grave or prison cell that would await you at the end of just one mistake or bad decision.
